Butter Wheat Naan. Generally, butter naan which we get in restaurants is slathered with butter. I always add some butter in the dough and then spread some butter on the top of the naan, while serving. Usually naans are cooked in tandoor (clay ovens).

- You need 2cup of Wheat flour -.
- Prepare as required of Water.
- It's 4tsp of Refined oil -.
- It's as per taste of Salt.
- You need as required of Sugar -pinch.
- It's as per your taste of Butter.
With your hands, blend the butter into the flour until it forms coarse crumbs. You can do this in a blender as well, but the dough when worked with hands gives a better texture to the dough. If you want, you can then place the naan in the oven under broiler to get them charred. Remove naan from oven and brush with butter.

- Mix the wheat flour,water,salt,sugar and oil.make the dough and keep for one hour..
- Take big ball of dough and roll it in oval shape.take some water and spread over one side of the naan.the put the wet side on the tawa and cook under high flame.once its starts puffing turn the bread and show it across flame to get the bubbles..

Heat a cast iron or heavy bottom skillet over medium high heat. Brush liberally with vegan butter or oil.
