  2. It's 1/2 cup of besan.
  3. You need 1 cup of caster sugar.

  6. Prepare 1/2 tsp of baking powder.
  7. You need 1 of egg yolks.

The word Nankhatai is derived from Persian word Naan meaning bread and "Khatai" from a Dari Persian word meaning Biscuit. In Afghanistan and Northeast Iran, these biscuits are called Kulcha-e-Khataye. Kulcha is a type of Indian bread similar to Naan.

  1. Maida, besan, baking powder, Caster sugar ko mix kar ke chan kar side kar dein.
  2. Phir chane hoe ingredient main malted ghee ko thora thora add kar ke mix krein dough bana lein.
  3. Phir naan khatai ka sheep de kar oper egg yolks laga dein oven tray main laga dein.
  4. Preheat oven main 180 par 10 to 12 min ke liye bake kar lein nihayat delicious naan khatai ban kar ready hon gi cool hone ke baad serve krein.
